Ingredients

4 cups finely chopped spinach
1 tsp. flour. 250 grams paneer, cut into pieces

1 medium tomato blanched and pureed
1 small onion, minced
4 flakes garlic
Salt and chilli powder to taste.
ź tsp. turmeric powder, 1 tsp. each of powdered cumin and coriander seeds.

Method

Cut the paneer into pieces. Put spinach along with all the above ingredients with the exception of flour, in a pan and cook without adding water till soft. Mash to a paste and put in 1 cup water. Reheat and add the flour, keep on stirring till the mixture turns little thick. Put in the paneer and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
