Ingredients
1. 1 big brinjal.
2. 1 tblsp. Each of milk and lime juice.

4. 2 tomatoes, sliced thin.
5. 2 capsicums, cut into strips.
6. 1 small onion, minced.
7. Salt to taste.
Method
1. Hold the brinjal over gas flame until its skin turns black.
2. Peel and mash to a paste along with salt, lime juice and milk.
3. Pile the mixture in the centre of a plate.
4. Mix in the parsley and onion and decorate with vegetables.
